In today’s society women have more access to doing the same thing as men such as working in higher positions. However, women are getting paid fifty five cents of every dollar that men make. The way society treat women with employment is unfair because as women we do the same work or sometimes twice as more. Even though time have change equality for the workplace only change by 6% of a 100% scale. We as individuals have so much work to do when it comes to improving our workplace not for just men but women too. Women in the early 1900s didn’t get a chance to broaden their horizon when it came to working because all they had knowledge of was to find a husband, be a housewife, and be a mother.
